I have the honour to transmit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinances entitled:-

"An Ordinance for the Naturalization of Siu Tit Shang, alias Siu Kit, alias Siu Sau Leung, alias Siu Yu Choi". No. 26 of 1902.
